Philosophy
Bobi Frank became an attorney to advocate for the vulnerable, and to make a difference in their lives. She believes her clients deserve her full attention, concern, respect and compassion, and she makes herself available personally to help them navigate the legal system for the best results. She listens carefully and is truly interested in understanding their point of view. Her goal is to orchestrate the most desirable outcome possible.
Although she is fully capable and ready to go to trial when that would be the best course of action, she is also very focused in keeping her clients out of the courtroom if that is in their best interest. She has excellent skills in negotiation, and will work diligently to find a resolution that will provide the best and most expedient solution for the client.
Compassion
Attorney Frank understands how daunting the legal system can be for those who have no experience or knowledge of how things work. She sees her role as more than facilitating litigation. She is also an educator, counselor and advocate, and she strives to provide step by step support while guiding clients down the path that will yield them the greatest benefit.
